Started on Ideal Protein back in May 2012, lost 130 pounds on the plan. After recent experiences I have switched to a similar plan called Take Shape for Life which I am a Health Coach for. This is a blog about my journey on both plans.

Here is me at 204.4 pounds, 50 pounds lighter than I was in January. And 25 pounds lighter since the start of Ideal Protein.
